Membership:
- Multi-Sport Membership (Bike Workouts, Run Workouts, and Open Water Swim) $199 per year
- Single-Sport Membership (Bike or Run or Open Water Swim) $100 per year
- Monthly Pool Swim Access (Pool Swim Workouts at the Texins Activity Center) $30 per month
- Annual Pool Swim Access (Prepay and save $60 per year) $300 per year

Description of Workouts and Locations:
- All workouts are coached and are adjusted to accommodate all experience levels.
- Anyone needing individual coaching in a particular discipline can request one-on-one time with a FitTrac coach.
Swim Workouts
- Tri Specific Pool Swims – Swim workouts are held at the Jewish Community Center (JCC). Multiple lanes are reserved for the group. Lanes are divided based on experience level and workouts are customized for beginner to advanced levels. The main emphasis is on technique and efficiency for triathlon, with instant feedback from coaches. Underwater video analysis and one-on-one swim lessons can be provided as an optional service for anyone interested.
- Open Water Swims (OWS) – OWS workouts are held at Windsurf Bay at Lake Ray Hubbard. These workouts will focus on the best strategies for triathlons including swim starts, turning around buoys, sighting and drafting. An OWS workout with FitTrac will help prepare you for race day.
Bike Workouts
- Weekday Bike Workouts - Group bike workouts focus on taking your bike performance to the next level. Typical workouts last one hour and will include speed intervals, tempo, hill repeats, and drills. Individual one-on-one bike lessons are available upon request as an optional service.

- During the winter months an indoor spin option will be made available.
Run Workouts
- Weekday Track Workout – Track is a key ingredient to improving run performance. Workouts will be tailored to the specific goals based on the time of year. During the race season, FitTrac will concentrate on shorter, faster sets to improve speed. In the off-season, FitTrac will focus on longer sets to improve speed and endurance.
- Weekend Run Workout – The focus in the weekend workout is run technique, strength, and endurance. The goal of each workout varies depending on the time of year. A typical weekend run workout may include run drills, hill repeats, speed/tempo intervals, or trail running.
